The week after GreenTech Amsterdam, HAWE joined the Leafy Hydroponics Summit. This event brings together lettuce growers and horticulture professionals from around the world to share knowledge, practical experience and insights into the future of leafy cultivation.
For HAWE, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with a focused international audience and share our expertise in cultivation systems for leafy crops.
AIR GUTTER INSIGHTS FROM HAWE
During the summit, Jelmer presented the AIR Gutter on behalf of HAWE. Following its launch at GreenTech Amsterdam, the Leafy Hydroponics Summit offered a relevant setting to explain the system in more detail to growers and specialists active in leafy cultivation.
The session focused on how smart cultivation systems can support efficient, scalable and future-ready growing. It also led to valuable questions and conversations about practical application, crop performance and the role of automation in modern leafy cultivation.
FROM GREENTECH LAUNCH TO LEAFY CULTIVATION
The AIR Gutter was launched during GreenTech Amsterdam, where it attracted strong interest from visitors. At the Leafy Hydroponics Summit, we were able to continue that conversation with a highly relevant audience: growers and experts focused specifically on leafy crops.
That made the summit a valuable follow-up moment. It allowed us to go deeper into the system, answer practical questions and discuss how the AIR Gutter can support growers in their day-to-day operation.
FIELD VISIT AT KUBO
On the second day, participants joined a field visit programme with stops at BASF, Priva and Beekenkamp. As part of KUBO Group, we were proud that the participants also visited KUBO.
The visit gave the group the opportunity to see more of the wider expertise within KUBO Group and continue the conversation around future-ready greenhouse horticulture and leafy crop production.
