In this short interview, it's Martin van Til's turn.

Who are you? Where do you live?
My name is Martijn van Til, just turned 43 and I live in Haarlem with my wife and 2 daughters aged 8 and 10.

How did you end up at HAWE?
In recent years, I have developed my expertise in designing new machines and modularising existing product platforms. My experience spans several industries, where I was involved in the development of various machines and products. A new challenge awaits at HAWE: developing innovative cultivation systems and accurately defining the standards involved.

What position do you hold at HAWE? What are you responsible for?
I work at HAWE as Team Leader Engineering. I am responsible when it comes to conceiving, designing, analysing products, processes and systems.

What did you do before joining HAWE?
I have a background in Mechanical Engineering and Technical Business Administration.

What is your favourite (work) quote?
Maybe it's an old familiar quote, but I believe very much in the power of the team, hence, "Teamwork makes the dream work!"
